Environment Analyst
Business Leaders' Forums

A space for senior E&S leaders to think aloud, test strategy and learn from peers.

What are Business Leaders' Forums?

Business Leaders’ Forums are small, closed-group sessions (online and in-person) where senior leaders from environmental & sustainability consultancies come together to discuss market shifts, regulation, client behaviour and the practical steps they’re taking in response.

Each Forum is topic-focused, strictly peer-to-peer and designed to surface practical intelligence you can act on.

Why Join?

Hear what’s really happening

Get frontline insight into client spending, regulatory shifts and market drivers you won’t read in headlines.

Forums are closed and operated on a Chatham House–style basis so participants can speak freely.

Practical takeaways

Sessions are focused on what you can do next: resourcing, bids, pricing, capability-building and risk management.

Network with intent

Join a curated set of senior leaders who can become future collaborators, partners or sounding boards.

These are people who want to shape the future of the sector, not just respond to it. They come to the Forums to exchange ideas, test strategies and connect with peers who share a commitment to driving positive impact, commercially, socially and environmentally.
