Answer:

In the area that I work in the most, which is inclusive decision and accessibility, we very much work with specialists in architecture and design everyday in a collaborative process around making places more inclusively designed and really embed inclusive design within the process from the offset. We look to design spaces for physical accessibility but also for the mind, so creating safe spaces. When we’re thinking about inclusive design, and is something people across those specialisms can do, is focus on the end vision, think past the detailed design elements and take a step back: who are we design this space for, how are they going to use it and what can we do to enable them to get the most out of this space.
